Where Do You Deliver To?
We deliver to the UK mainland only at the moment, but we have plans to expand, hopefully in the not-too-distant future.
What Days Can I Expect My Delivery?
You can select your preferred delivery date when you place your order. Our delivery days are Tuesday – Friday, but we can deliver locally on Saturday too. Just leave us a note with your order if that’s what you would like.
How Long Does It Take?
For orders placed before 12pm, we can deliver the next morning. Due to availability, we may at times have to delay your delivery so we can properly fulfill the order. We will contact you if this is the case.
Which Courier Do You Use?
Most of our orders though are fulfilled with DPD. Once you have received your Order ID, you will be able to track your package.
How Much Does It Cost? And Is There Free Shipping Available?
For local deliveries within the BB postcode, delivery costs are £4.99 if you spend under £40, but free if you spend over that. Nationally the same rules apply but with a £9.49 delivery cost under £60, and free over that amount.
Do I Need to Be In to Accept Delivery?
Yes, someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel. If you are not going to be in, please leave instructions on the order page. Due to the nature of the products, we strongly recommend someone is available to sign. If there is no instruction or no one in, you may have to collect from your local depot. Once you’ve completed your order, you can track your parcel via DPD’s online service.
Please note, due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
