Frozen fish unfortunately has a bit of a stigma attached to it.

For some reason, we associate frozen items with a poorer quality than fresh. Not with our fish!

Being in the industry for close to 35 years, it has provided us with time to build up close and trusting relationships with some of the UK’s most reputable fish merchants. We treat the purchase of frozen fish, the same as we do fresh fish. Only the best for our customers, wholesale and online.

Therefore, our frozen fish is still of fantastic quality and incredible value for money. In fact, most of our frozen fish selection arrives to us fresh, prepared in exactly the same way, then vacuum packed and frozen. Or, it’s been blast frozen at sea, allowing the freshness to be locked in. It’s ideal to stick straight in your freezer or defrost and enjoy. Waste not, want not.
