Salad Dressing

What’s your favourite? For me, it has to be a recipe given to me by a friend’s mum. It’s white wine vinegar, olive oil, french mustard, pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. Mixed together, and poured on a salad, it’s got everything. But imagine being so tasty, that you can dress yourself with…wait for it… yourself! Well, that’s the case with our dressed crab.

We get ours from Whitby, an award winning area for fresh crab preparation. If dressed crab isn’t your thing, or if you want to have a go of it yourself, then have a look at our brown crab.
