Fish Pie mix elevates your fish pie to another level. When you blend prime fillet of the best Scottish salmon, hake and haddock, you’re on to a winner.

This is NOT a pie mix that is made up of all the cut-offs from a busy early morning of preparation from our excellent team of fishmongers. This is a mixture of prime fish fillets, in some cases cut to your specifications. If you would like a chunky pie mix or less chunky, let us know and we’ll do our best to prepare as you request. In the mix, you’ll get fresh salmon, hake, haddock and sometime coley or cod. Using these fillets together, you get a lovely blend of colours, flavours and texture.

If you want to take your fish pie to another level, on top of the luxurious fresh pie mix you could add some prawns, even a few king scallops.
