This humble, but favourite fish of many is a popular fish with many of our restaurants, hoteliers and customers who come into the shop. We source ours fresh from Scotland or Cornwall, with each fish serving as one portion.

Whether you choose to grill, pan-fry or bake it’s a great ingredient contributing to a healthy meal packed with goodness. Even famous chefs love to use this stunning, silver sparkly fish. Both options offer you a beautiful product to be eaten whole, filleted or flaked up and made as an integral part of another dish.
