Potluck Dinner

The potluck dinner is a great idea. Everyone brings their own dish, and everyone digs in to everyone else’s cooking. My only issue is that when I order a takeaway, for example, I’ve ordered it because that’s what I like and it’s not for sharing. That’s just one of my idiosyncrasies, though, and nothing really to do with pollock. I mean potluck.

Pollock would be a good dish to bring to a potluck dinner. Why? Well, for one, it’s a little different. Secondly, it’s like cod and haddock which are well appreciated, and thirdly it’s delicious. What other reasons would you need?

It’s becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to the ones just mentioned, and who loves a bit of variety?
